Mindful movement is achieved through a mix of foundational yoga poses both active and passive, as we focus on the breath and releasing tension throughout the body. Through alignment cues and sequences you will build strength and flexibility, all while taking the time to pause and feel, observe and adjust. This class will restore strength and flexibility, while supporting healthy movement and stress reduction. This welcoming class is suitable for everyone.
