What if joy can be achieved by actually slowing down? What if happiness is found by diving deeper into and understanding of self?
Join us to learn more about the practice of mindfulness and how to incorporate these practices into your own life.
Each session will discuss a mindfulness focused topic and offer practices to support your own growth toward living a fuller more engaged life.
Please bring a journal, mat or blanket, cushion, water, and a mask. These classes may be outside with appropriate weather.
Candace Glass, Embodiment Coach, and Educator will facilitate the group. Candace's passion lies in helping others to find their way through deep and sometimes turbulent waters to be able to swim through life's lessons with kindness and grace.
