The City of Town and Country, Missouri will receive sealed proposals for “GENERAL MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR OF POLICE AND FLEET VEHICLES” until 10:00 AM on February 3rd, 2020 at the office of the City Clerk, 1011 Municipal Center Drive, Town and Country, Missouri, 63131.  All submittals will be publicly opened and made available for inspection at 10:00 AM, February 3rd, 2020.  The sealed proposals must be delivered to the City Clerk via mail or during regular business hours prior to the noted deadline.  The Proposal(s) will remain on file at the office of Administrative Support Services of the Town and Country Police Department, 1011 Municipal Center Drive, Town and Country, Missouri, 63131.

Proposals shall be submitted in a sealed envelope marked with the vendor’s complete name, address, contact numbers and the wording “General Maintenance and Repair of Police and Fleet Vehicles”.

No Bidder may withdraw this bid for a period of thirty (30) days after the actual date to the opening thereof.  The City of Town and Country, Missouri, reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or technicalities in the bidding.
