In order to protect the health and wellness of City Staff and the general public, beginning Tuesday, March 24, City Hall will be closed to walk-in traffic. If you are picking up/dropping off plans, or need to make a payment, please call the appropriate department below and make an appointment.
Staff will continue business as usual and someone will be able to assist you during normal business hours.

City Staff has been coordinating with St. Louis County to establish protocols for the COVID-19 virus. St. Louis County has set up a hotline to address questions related to this matter. The number to call is 314-615-2660, or online at www.coronastl.com. Town and Country has also created a page on our website, www.town-and-country.org, which will be updated regularly. In conjunction with the City’s preparedness response plan, and to limit potential exposure to first responders and the general public, the City is cancelling outside meetings (clubs, special events, subdivision meetings, etc) at City Hall, Longview Farmhouse and the Firehouse until further notice. We regret any inconvenience and feel free to contact us to reschedule your meeting.
The City has also decided to temporarily suspend current solicitor/peddler’s permits and will not issue any new solicitor/peddler’s permits until June 1.
In addition, no garage or estate sale permits will be issued until June 1.
The prescription drop box located in the lobby of City Hall is temporarily closed.
Notary Services have also been suspended until June 1.
