What is it? 

Community wellness and mindfulness programs serve to connect people to nature, one another and themselves.  A mix of scientifically-based programs are led by certified instructors.

Project Unplugged - A meditation and mindfulness program with the mission to do just that: unplug--unplug from technology, and the stresses of everyday life designed to free the mind.

Finding Joy - An outdoor workshop designed to explore emotions as they present in our bodies and mind. Participants will be introduced to mindfulness techniques that can be used daily to experience a sense of presence and peace.  Bring a journal and pen, water, cushion or pillow, and a mat. 

Nature Nurtures - Connect with the outdoors in a whole new way.  Slow down your interactions with nature to connect with your true self. 

WOGA-(Walking Yoga)  

When does it all start? 

Classes will begin when it is safe to proceed with them. If you are interested in learning more click here to contact us, we will send you an email when we post our calendar of events. Until then, we suggest you take a look at the resources currently available virtually.
