You must qualify to vote absentee. Above is a link to the information page and request form that can be completed and sent directly to the Board of Election. The form must be received by their office two weeks before the election, see their page for more specific details and options for return. The appropriate absentee ballot typically becomes available a month or two before the election so be sure to check the date on your form.
